What is your typical turnaround time?

We strive to complete orders within 5-7 business days, but some items simply take longer to finish, such as serving trays, Lazy Susans, and some signs. Personalized items can also take longer to complete, depending on the item. Orders placed around the holidays may also take longer due to higher production demand.

What is your return and exchange policy?

We consider all sales as final and do not accept returns or exchanges. However, if you experience an issue with your product(s), please contact us directly via email at pennyparkerdesignsco@gmail.com.

Do you send proofs of what the finished products should look like?

The only proof we can provide is a digital design proof, if requested.

CUSTOM/PERSONALIZED ITEMS

Do you have the ability to create customized or personalized items or products?

Yes, absolutely! Please contact us to discuss your particular design or item. Please note that a design fee may apply depending on the complexity of the customization or personalization.

Do you have the ability to engrave my logo?

Yes, we do! We simply request that all logos be sent in black and white and in either an SVG or PNG format.

SHIPPING

Do you ship internationally?

We currently ship only within the United States.

Do you offer local pick up of orders?

Yes! We would be happy to have you pick up your order if you are in the Austin, TX area (specifically, Round Rock, TX). Please choose the "Local Pick-up" option at checkout. When your order is ready, we will send an email to you with instructions and address.

WOOD PRODUCTS/BOARDS

Why is the engraving on my product darker or lighter than what you show on your website?

Due to our wood sheets and boards being made of all natural wood, engraving on these sheets/boards may differ from our photos due to the grains present in the wood. This means each item or product is unique and may vary slightly from one project to the next.

Why is there an imperfection in my finished product?

Every sheet of wood or board is milled from a larger sheet or board. There are occasional imperfections such as color differences, grain patterns, roughness or knots in the wood. These imperfections can be common when working with natural wood.

Do your charcuterie/cutting boards come with finishes already applied?

Yes, we apply a food-safe oil and wax to each board we ship.

Is it okay to clean my charcuterie/cutting board in the dishwasher?

Please don't! Clean by hand using warm water and a gentle soap, and hand dry with a clean, dry towel. Do not let your board soak in water.
